Classes- In order to book a class at Northwest Learning Hub you will first need to complete an instructor application and have it approved. After the details of your class are approved you will be forwarded a contract via DocuSign. The contract will list all details of the class, including whether the indoor or outdoor space will be used. Northwest Learning Hub will create social media content to promote the class through various platforms. The hourly rate of $25/hour is due at signing. All ticket sales will be sold via Northwest Learning Hub website.
Events-The price of an event is $250 for 6 hours for either the indoor or outdoor space. The simultaneous usage of both the indoor and outdoor space for an event will be charged a rate of an extra $25 per hour. A security deposit of $150 security deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the event. Any event within 30 days of booking must be paid in full. No refunds will be given for cancellations for events booked within 30 days of the event date. All cancellations must be made before 30 days to the date of the event. Cancellations within the 30+ days grace period, will ONLY be refunded half of the event price that was paid at time of booking, the security deposit will be forfeited. Security deposits and any refunds will be returned within 48 hours proceeding the event.
