Code of Conduct
At Northwest Learning Hub we provide a safe and friendly space for EVERYONE to come learn and teach. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, disabilities, ethnicity, national origin, or religion. We expect all guests of Northwest Learning Hub to abide by these standards as well. If for any reason you feel that you have been treated unfairly while at Northwest Learning Hub, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may promptly address your concerns.
You must be at least 21 years of age to book an event or instructional course at Northwest Learning Hub. Some instructional courses may be geared towards individuals under the age of 18. Any individual under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult, unless the course instructor allows otherwise. Individuals between the ages of 14-17 years old may attend instructional courses by themselves but must have a signed waiver by their legal parent(s) or guardian(s).
Northwest Learning Hub waives liability for all uses of the space. Guests use Northwest Learning Hub at their own personal liability. Guests waive and release Northwest Learning Hub and all employees of any and all claims. All of the information, views, and opinions expressed by instructors are considered personal and Northwest Learning Hub waives all responsibility.
Northwest Learning Hub expects the condition of the space to be left in the condition that it was when you arrived. If for any reason the space is not clean when you arrive for your booking please email and/or call Northwest Learning Hub immediately. All equipment of Northwest Learning Hub that is used during booking is expected to be returned to the place that it was found and in the same condition as it was before usage. Any damage(s) of equipment and/or property must be reported to Northwest Learning Hub immediately. Damage(s) found to be caused by misuse, destruction, negligence, and/ or accident during your booking is the responsibility of the individual(s) who booked the space and may be subject to reimbursement to Northwest Learning Hub. Reimbursements will be deducted from security deposits. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, Northwest Learning Hub reserves the right to invoice for the remaining balance due. Invoices not paid within 7 business days are subject to further escalation.
